Your pet should be free of contagious conditions and showing no visible signs of illness. We do a quick check on arrival — no certificate needed.
Vaccination recommended
Vaccination isn't required, but we strongly recommend it — Bordetella especially, ideally 3 or more days before arrival. A WhatsApp photo of the record is enough; no need to bring the original.
Safe temperament
Shy, anxious and first-time pets are very welcome. For everyone's safety we can't accept pets with a history of aggression toward people.

What types of pets do you accept?
We accept dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. For other pets, please contact us directly.
What are your hours of operation?
Our public hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Care for boarded pets is 24/7.
Do you have veterinary service?
Yes, we have a veterinarian available to handle any emergency during your pet's stay.
What food do you provide?
We provide premium food. If your pet has a special diet, you can bring their food and we'll administer it per your instructions.
What requirements do I need to board my pet?
Current vaccination record, up-to-date deworming, and your pet must be healthy. We perform an evaluation upon check-in.
