What does cage-free boarding look like?

Your dog sleeps in an individual room with a bed and climate control — never in cages or in shared spaces with other families’ pets. Every guest gets 2 walks or outings a day, social play with compatible dogs and 24-hour staff supervision, with an on-call vet available at all times.

We send photos and videos from their stay via WhatsApp so you always know how your best friend is doing. Check-in and check-out run Monday to Saturday during opening hours — arrive whenever suits you, with no rigid check-in or checkout times.

How much does dog boarding cost?

The rate depends on your dog’s weight: $286 MXN per day up to 9 kg, $390 for 10–45 kg and $490 for 46 kg and up. It covers an individual room, meals, 2 daily walks, a 24/7 on-call vet, 24-hour cameras and video updates. Puppies pay the adult rate for their breed’s size. Billing is per day — the arrival and departure days both count — with no hourly fees and no late-pickup penalty within opening hours.

Two promotions are running: 2×1, where boarding two pets together for 14+ days means the lower-rate pet stays free; and “pay 15 days, get 30”, which gives you 30 days of credit valid for 12 months and splittable across several stays. We also offer discounts for multiple pets, extended stays and advance bookings — contact us for your quote.

For regular stays we recommend booking 3–7 days ahead. During peak season (Easter week, summer, December) capacity sells out: book 2–4 weeks in advance. From December 24 to January 1 the minimum stay is 7 days.

Where are we in Aguascalientes?

Our two sites are separated by species, not by area. Dogs stay at Teniente Juan de La Barrera 503, Colonia Héroes (ZIP 20190), a dogs-only facility; cats have their own hotel at Aurora Boreal 508, Jardines del Sol (ZIP 20266). If you can’t make the trip, our TaxiPet service picks up and drops off your dog door-to-door across the metro area, including Jesús María, quoted by distance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I visit the facilities before booking?

Yes. Schedule a visit via WhatsApp or phone during business hours (Mon–Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM) and we’ll show you the suites, play areas and protocols.

What if my dog takes medication?

No problem — it’s a routine part of the service. Trained staff give the prescribed medication on the exact schedule you specify. Medication administration is priced by treatment, and we confirm the amount when we quote you. Just bring it in its original labelled container with written dosing instructions.

Do you accept dogs of all breeds and ages?

Yes. No breed is excluded and there is no weight limit — we assess each dog on temperament, not breed. Puppies, senior dogs and shy or first-time boarders are all welcome. For everyone’s safety we can’t accept dogs with a history of aggression toward people, or with visible signs of contagious illness.

Is the rate per night or per day?

Per day. The arrival and departure days each count as a full day: arriving April 6 and leaving April 7 is 2 days. In exchange there are no hourly charges and no late-pickup penalty within opening hours.
