How does daycare work?
Drop your dog off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon: during the day they join supervised play with compatible dogs, alternate exercise with rest periods in quiet areas, and get their meals (bring your own or use ours). Daycare runs 9:00 to 18:00 and pickup must be the same day before 18:00 — it does not include an overnight stay.
The rate depends on weight: $200 MXN per day up to 9 kg, $300 for 10–45 kg and $400 for 46 kg and up. It’s ideal for dogs that spend long hours alone while you work, puppies that need socialization, and high-energy dogs that need an outlet. We send photo updates during the day.
Daycare or boarding: which does my dog need?
Daycare is daytime-only care (no overnight) and boarding includes the night. If you’re traveling or staying out overnight, you need our dog boarding service; if you only need working-hours coverage, daycare is cheaper and sufficient.

Frequently asked questions
Are there multi-day discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for extended stays, multiple pets and advance bookings — contact us for your quote. For boarding we also run a “pay 15 days, get 30” promotion, with credit valid for 12 months.
Can my puppy attend daycare?
Yes. Daycare is one of the best early socialization tools. We recommend the Bordetella vaccine ideally 3+ days before their first day, though it isn’t required. Note that puppies are charged at the adult rate for their breed’s size.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Daycare runs Monday to Saturday. On Sundays we close to the public so we can devote ourselves entirely to the pets boarding with us.
